It is probably a hardware fault, get it checked by a local hardware technician.

Toshiba tecra p5 up on black Screen on PCI EXPRESS ERROR can't boot????

If you can't boot to the bios, you are in major trouble. You can try and see if the manufacturer has a bios flash program you can load on a Flash drive to flash the bios...you will have to research that on another computer, obviously.

How to fix pci express error for Toshiba Qosmio G40?

Whatever is plugged into your PCI Express slot is defective and needs to be replaced, or re-seated (unplugged and plugged back in). Also if something went defective on the PCIE slot it may have also damaged the circuitry on the motherboard around the slot.

The Wireless network adapter may be connected via a PCIE slot. You may also have a little plastic trap door underneath your laptop where you can have access to the card. There are 2 pigtail connectors with wires that u can just pull off the terminals and then It has 2 clips on the sides of the card keeping it flat. You open the clips and it pops up in a more vertical position, then you can slide it out and reboot to see if the error is still there or not :) If its gone try plugging it back in and seeing if the problem's resolved by re-seating the card. If it works without the card installed you should buy another wireless network adapter.

Hope that helps

I just bought VTX ATi Radeon 5670 1GB GDDR 5 and i put it in my computer. I did everything..uninstaled old driver and instaled new drivers..But i cant get the picture on my monitor.

you may need to change some bios settings i don't know what type of BIos you have but the setting would read something like: initial display on boot...and the options would be onboard or pci make sue its pci

^but befor you try that try booting up your pc with the graphics card plugged in (if you haven't already tried)

i think it's not neccisarily a problem with your motherboard, i think it is a problem with the drivers or firmware of your motherboard...i would search online for the specific motherboard type and find the drivers...if possible. then try finding the firmware as well. hope this helps.
