DO YOU MEAN THE FOAM PADS? IF SO MOST OF THEM ARE PINCHED BETWEEN TWO PEICES OF THE HEADPHONES. YOU CAN EITHER SEE IF THERE ARE SCREWS PINCHING THEM, OR THERE IS AN ELASTIC BAND AROUND THE FOAM. YOU MAY HAVE TO STRECH IT INTO PLACE BETWEEN THE TWO PEICES OF PLASTIC.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Why does it not accept headphones?

You need to have headphones with the built-in microphone, and 4-pole plug, for the phone to automatically switch to the headphones. You may be able to change to the headphones while in a call (like you would when changing between speakerphone and handset). Another workaround is to use an adapter like so:

How to make your earbuds and headphones last longer

something that used to happen allot to my headphones and earbuds is that one of the ears (sides) would stop working!I found a quite simple solution that made my 1 year lasting earbuds into 3-4 year earbuds!on the connector end, wrap 1 inch of electrical tape around the wire (not on the metal though).that way it wont bend back and forth allot near the base.Hope this helps someone!

The microphone of my earbuds dont work and a buy this product in november, can you change it

You can ask someone in repair stores to repair it. But it is not advisable to spend the similar money to repair it. You can buy new one, Mubuy.com is good place. There all kind of headphones. And the price is very cheap.

Why did my left earbud become silent?

Hi,
you can make both of the earbuds work. You can open the earbud where the speaker is that you use to hear the musik. Use a soldering iron and a lead. check if the wire inside has removed, fix it back and you will hear sound on both earbuds.

Take care.

Left earbud problems

Well, I had the same problem with the right earbud. Luckily I was under warranty with Target, so they told me to contact Bose. I did and they had me send in the headphones (to make sure I waas telling the truth) and about 2 weeks later I got my earbuds back. Their customer service is excellent, so that's what I would reccomend

They should come apart right where the metal meets the plastic, just below the buds themselves - be careful, one set like that I took apart were actually surface-mounted to the housing, there weren't any leads to repair...

I have a problem with earbuds or headphones, when I plug the earbuds in it only plays on my right side of earbuds.

Hey...that's the exaxt same thing that happened to me. On the same side too.

If you've had it for awhile the only thing I can suggest is replace it.
