My LCD TV turns itself on and off every few seconds. The TV is less than 2 years old. Was told by local tv repair shop that this is typical with LCD and Plasma TV's at the 2 yr mark. Was wondering if the power supply is something i can fix or replace myself? It will cost $350 to repair. TV originally cost me $650.

- My 2 year old approximately 60 hrs use 26 in Sharp LC-26GA5U responds to the ON buttom, brings a few stripes to the LCD, a few seconds of sound then turns itself off. Tried everything outside the set and nothing works. Can this be solved by repacing the source board or the main board? Please help.- FormularioDec 22, 2007
- my 32 inch ilo lcd tv is doing the same thing -- anyone know what part i would need and where i could get it? not only that, how hard is it to open up the tv to fix it?!?- dlsolt
