How much is 3/8 of an inch in a 12 inch skillet

Area of 12" skillet (Pi R Squared) = 113 sq. In.
Round down to 100, since inside of skillet isn't full 12"
Times 3/8 = 37.5 cu. in.
Convert Cu. In. to Oz = 20 ounces, or 1 pint + 1/2 cup.
That might be a bit over-stated depending on how the skillet tapers down the side, but really close.

I am sure someone will have a better answer but in general: the tires should be toed in about 1/16". The camber should be at or near to zero, if anything I would lean them in at the bottom about 1/4 degree. If it is done this way it should eliminate the inside wear, unless you have a front end component wearing/wore out.

I seasoned my new stainless steel skillet in the oven now I have built up oil stuck to the sides inside the skillet. How can I remove this without damaging the stainless steel finish? HELP!

You only need to season a cast iron skillet, not stainless steel. Soak it in hot soapy water and use something like a mister clean pad to clean it.

The outer covering on the electrical cord is thinning...repairs??

Does your cord disconnect from the skillet?

It was made by REGAL. If you need a replacement cord with heat control they are about $20.00. If you need a cord without a heat control they are $17.00. (That is locally) Plus shipping if you buy it online.
