How do you get the drive platter off to lube bearings

Normally there will be a horseshoe clip under the record spindle. This might be covered up with a plastic or chrome thing. It might be glued on, so you might need to lift it off with a screwdriver or sharp tool. You can always glue it back on with Bostick type glue after. Not Superglue.

I have a lawn ornament that expands with forced air. The item uses 120 V, 60Hz, 40W, Ins. CLA Therm Proc

Because it was superglued, there may still be some cracks the air is seeping through. You need to use a glue like GOOP to seal the cracks in the housing. GOOP can be bought at Lowes or Home Depot or possibly any hardware

No, very rarely internal shelves can be moved between generations. Unfortunately all you can do is an improvisation to keep them in place: you need to make the channel walls higher by gluing some small pieces of thick plastic on them using a powerful adhesive - not superglue, something like Loctite Sumo Glue.

The numbered outer ring on my seamaster fell off in the bath how

If your numbered ring was friction fitted then you will need the help of watchmaker. Very often those rings are glued. If yours was glued, get the good quality glue and just glue it back. Do not use Superglue. The best would be any good epoxy containing glue.

Rate, please.

Cover of the drawing surface come off

The drawing surfce is not glued down and should never be glued down. It is replaceable...

It is basically held on the tablet by an adhesive strip (Double Sided Tape) along it's top edge. I was a little worried too, when after spending some time in Photoshop, it lifted away as if stuck to my wrist.

This is not a fault and it will just lay back in it's recess, no harm done.

NEVER EVER glue it down, or when it comes time to replace it, you will not be able too. If it is peeling up and not laying flat, buy a replacement.
