Try checking the computer. Some of them were located behind the glove box. If you can open it, look at the computer chips. If one is burnt you will see it.

My truck did this after I replaced the fuel pump. Turned out to Fuel Pressure Regulator. It would crank and crank but never start. It's located underneath the black plastic manifold on the side of the injectors.

Are the crank angle sensor and the cam angle sensor the same part on a j20a suzuki 2ltr

no, the crank is on the bottom of the engine and is on the end of the crankshaft where the connecting rods to the pistons are.

The cams are at the top of the engine and open and close the inlet and exhaust valves.

Unlikely they are the same part.

2005 LS Lincoln Automatic 5 speed V6-3.0 throttle body the shop can't get it started new throttle body but nothing no spark plug coils fuel Injectors not talking does it need a new computer

Before going to the extreme of new computer i would check the crank angle sensor. With older cars there was a ignition distributor a mechanical part that physically triggered each spark plug when it needed to fire. That has been phased out so the crank angle sensors job is to inform the ecu of the rotational position of the engine to trigger the spark plug coils and injectors. It usually reads of the flywheel or the crank pulley

1998 Mitsubishi spider 2.4 spark plug and Coil want wiring diagram

Your engine uses a "waste spark" ignition, meaning it uses one coil for each pair of cylinders. The high voltage current path is to the first spark plug, through the aluminum cylinder head to the secodn spark plug, then out of that plug back to the ingnition coil. One plug fires on the comrpession stroke and the other on the exhaust stroke to ignite any unburned exhaust gasses. The engine's computer "fires one coil at a time based on signals from the crank angle sensor and the cam angle sensor. Likely the problem with your engine is with one of those two sensors.

An OBDII scanner will indicate which sensor is defective. If the engine ran fine before you turned it off, and now it will not start, the problem is likely the crank angle sensor (close tot he crank pully). Otherwsie, oif the engine starts sometimes and not others, it is due to a defective cam angle sensor (near the intake cam "gear" (where the timing belt cover is).

Car will crank there is no spark have replaced coil and condenser

Test the ignition system output, ignition systems can vary in configuration but operate on the same principal. Ignition systems can consist of a coil, pick up coil, crank angle sensor, cam angle sensor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, ignition rotor and a distributor and any variations of these components. An ignition coil is a voltage stepper coil that transforms a low voltage (12 volts) signal into tens of thousands of volts needed to jump the gap of the spark plug.

This coil is activated by an ignition module triggered by using the camshaft/crankshaft angle sensor; timing is adjusted by the PCM (computer). This primary electrical signal is generated by the PCM which calculates spark timing by using a variety of sensors including coolant temperature, mass air flow, and oxygen sensors. Go to 2carpros.com for a video on how to check this using a 12v light tool. On the engine repair section search, type, "engine cranks but will not start." If my answer helpe you, please leve good feedback. thanks
