Not sure on you particular model but most tablets have 2 mini USB ports one has a power supply and the other is just an I.O port .

Try your keyboard in the other port if you have one and it should work. If not it may be faulty.

well maybe it's the keyboard or the tablet that dosen't want to work.

It is a bit hard to understand your problem.

I assume that you switched it off and is not working.

From experience with other tablets, I would first charge it. (Verify by substitution that the charger is working). Ideally use an external charger and not a computer USB.

Then, if satisfied that the tablet has fully charged, I will press and hold the power on button for up to 30 seconds until the screen stirs.
