Question about Xerox CopyCentre C118 Copier

Xerox c118 copy is not centered

Sorry for the bad english, I have a Xerox C118 with this problem, normally you put a copy on the edge and the copy comes out, but in this the copy comes out with a black edge outside the border of the copy. If anyone could help me, i'll appreciate it.

Enter diagnostic: press "0" then "Start", enter System settings->CE Settings->MFC->Regist, enter 102 to adjust x-axis or 101 - y-axis, adjustment range x (-24 to 127), y (-72 to 72). 24 bit = 1mm. Good luck

Try turning the machine off, waiting until it is completely off and then turning back on and trying the default password.
The default password at time of machine install is 11111. If the password has been modified, or you have forgotten the password, contact your System Administrator. If the System Administrator has forgotten the password, a service call must be placed.

I need to find a part number for the paper tray side guide gear for the Xerox C118


You most likely will have to replace the entire tray, not many parts spared. Part number for tray 1 is
050K50150.

Xerox workcentre C118 is not self toning. toner is ok, toner dispense motor is ok, toner augur is ok, but m/c. not toning.


Have you replaced the Drum Unit. Also known as a Xerographic module ? I suspect the developer has failed in it.
