Computer does not recognize the camera

I have a Innovage outdoor Digital 10x25 Camera Binoculars and after installing the provided software to my computer, the computer does not recognize that the camera is connected. It will not show any pics that I have taken and the camera will not delete the blank frames according to the directions in the manual.

- I have installed the drivers for the innovage 10X25 binocular camera and the Photo Impression 4.0 listed in setup.exe. When I plug in the camera's USB cord my system recognizes the equipment and PC appears on the camera's LCD screen. However no indication of a USB drive appears in the 'my computer' window. The Photo Impression software recognizes my Epson scanner but makes no mention of a camera.- Guest

- I can't generally download any pictures to any computer. I have tried the one touch dock and directly connecting with the USB cord. The power ring around the joystick flashes, and nothing happens. The most frustrating thing is that every once in a great while, it does work. I've tried connecting while the camera is on and off, nothing seems to work.- EndwellChris
