Nothing happening

The first time I plugged in MJ I got a pop up window but didn't have enough time to follow through with it, as i was on my way out, so I shut down without touching a thing. Now when I'm really ready to do this nothing's happening, no pop up, no nothing, even though I unplugged and restarted the pc. Help needed urgently!!
