Hi. Make sure you're the first one to use it if not you'll have to do the reset process. If its the first time, use the cable attache in the router box and connect it to your computer. Make sure your iP's are automatic. Open your browser and type 192.168.0.1 and use the admin account and type "admin" as password Username: Admin Password: admin

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Here's a link to Toshiba's support site. You will need to choose the exact A60 model you have, then choose downloads on the next screen, then you can put in your operating system, and it will give you all the drivers for your machine. There is an S### number after the A60. You'll see what I'm talking about when you drop over to the site. If you have any trouble finding the drivers post the entire model number and I'll see what I can find.

Uninstall any wireless drivers for have incorrectly install in device manager. Reinstall the Chipset driver over whatever is installed and then reboot. Extract the 174291 driver into a folder and manually install the wireless and it should work
