Do I need to update my account information?

Depends what it is for and where it is? You do not give us enough information to help you.

Generally, we can't supply account specific information because we don't have access to your accounts. We just supply information.

Deactivating accounts

While Facebook can make you accessible to friends and family, it may also make you fear for your privacy online.
Giving out your personal information on a site like Facebook can make you a target for identity thieves.
While you can certainly toggle your privacy settings to adjust how you share your info, you can also deactivate and delete your account so your information is no longer available.
The process can be cumbersome, but it will help you cancel your Facebook account completely.

Sign into your Facebook account normally, then click "Account" and choose "Account Settings" from the drop down menu.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and choose "Deactivate," which is the last option available.
This will bring you to a new screen where you may send messages to your friends to let them know you're leaving Facebook.

Click the circle beside the reason you're deactivating your account, which is required.
You can choose from reasons like a temporary leave, having privacy concerns or receiving too much communication with Facebook.
You may also type added notes in the provided field.
You can also decide whether you'd still like emails from Facebook in the future.
When you're ready, click "Confirm."
Sign into Facebook and navigate to the "Delete My Account" page (See Below) if you want to remove your account and information completely from Facebook's files.
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account
While deactivated, you'll still be able to sign into your account for administrative purposes and reactivate your account.
A deactivated account will retain all information, photos and notes, but remove them from sight of other users.
Deleting your account will remove your account and information completely from the site.
Send a message via the "Delete My Account" page to let Customer Service you'd like your account removed completely.

On the "Transfer Funds" page, make note of the processing time. It usually takes 3 to 4 business days for electronically transferred funds to become an available part of your PayPal balance.

You can have immediate access to the funds in your bank account through PayPal if you link your bank account with your PayPal account. With your account 'linked' you can have a $0 (zero) PayPal account balance and still make purchases with PayPal. PayPal will automatically transfer the funds from your bank account (through PayPal) and pay for any purchases made with PayPal. And, your PayPal account will still remain at $0.

This information is from the PayPal website:

How do I link a bank account to my PayPal account? Question : Answer : We're introducing a new and improved Profile to some customers. Until all customers are using the new Profile, there are 2 sets of instructions on how to do this. Please follow the instructions that match what you see on the site [for your PayPal account]. You can link your bank account, enter your bank information (we'll keep this private) by following these steps:

  3. Click Bank Accounts under Financial Information.
  4. Click Add Bank and enter your information.

Then just confirm your bank account to complete the process. If you bank online, you can usually do this instantly. If you don't have online access to your bank account, it'll take a few days.

How do I permanently delete my account? If you deactivate your account from the "Deactivate Account" section o...If you deactivate your account from the "Deactivate Account" section on the Account page, your profile and all information associated with it are immediately made inaccessible to other Facebook users. What this means is that you effectively disappear from the Facebook service. If you do not think you will use Facebook again and would like your account deleted, please keep in mind that you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added. If you would like your account permanently deleted with no option for recovery, log in to your account and then submit your request here.
