Hi I'm Skip with Stanwood school district. We have a Hobart AM-14 dishwasher S/N 23-1002-186.It has a Watts backflow valve and a Parker G-23-s soleniod. I'm getting some overflow from the Watts during the rinse cycle. The Parker clicks, but I'm not sure its opening all the way. Any guidiance and pointers will help. Skip
AM 14's need 20 PSI flow rate of rinse. Is your pressure gauge accurate? Could the rinse nozzles be blocked with scale? If you remove them to clean, make sure they go back in the same positions. Note the upper arm has one each side pointing up, to clean the top of the machine. Check that the upper rinse arm has it's thrust washer under it's hub.
