Question about Bosch Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I have a similar issue with former posts. The brew unit of my Siemens Surpresso Compact TK58001 is stuck with the nose in upper position. The steamer and power lights flash alternatively and the machine does not respond to any pressing of buttons. The machine fails to reset the error by switching off and on. I saw a youtube video for a Saeco that shows that you first need to move the screw connected to the water supply, however I see nothing similar or accessible on the Siemens.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
