Turn it off, disconnect from power, wait for a minute then reconnect and turn it on. If the problem persists check for paper jams inside.

My printer display Aga error when it power on, what is the solution?

AGA means automatic gap adjustment, it probably means it can't handle the paper properly. try adjusting the paper carriers and reloading the paper.

I have a lipi printer t6050. there is a problem showing shuttle fault. tell me what is this problem and how can i solve this

This error indicates the print mechanism is not able to move, in the first instance check;

There is no paper jams etc whcih may cause an obstruction
Check the ribbon is correctly installed and is the correct side of the ribbon shield
Check the platen gap to ensure this is not trapping the ribbon / paper and preventing the mechanism moving.

If the above actions do not resolve the problem the next thing to check is the Shuttle Mechanism,
Check the drive belt is in place and does not slip
Clean the rear side of the shuttle weight wheels, the sensor looks at the rear of the balanced wheels.
Check the shuttle motor to ensure it is working
Check for damage to the shuttle drive gears.

Paper moving fault

If the paper is moving freely in the printer and you are not experiencing any paper jams etc it may be possible the error is being indicated falsely.I would recommend firstly to ensure the tractor feeds on the printer are clean and free from a build up of paper dust etc. As the paper motion sensors are located on the tractor feeds.
If after the printer is cleaned the error is still see the problem may be related for a setting for the Paper Motion Threshold in the printer. this is the point at which the printer detects an error. This value is dependant on a number of factors; Paper Type, condition of the printer etc.
  1. Put the printer OFFLINE
  2. Press and Hold down LINE FEED and ENTER until TECH ACCESS ON is displayed (approx. 5 seconds)
  3. Press the MODE button
  4. Press the DOWN ARROW until TEST is displayed
  5. Press button 1
  6. Press the DOWN ARROW until DIAG is displayed
  7. Press button 2
  8. Press the DOWN ARROW until PMOTTHR is displayed
  9. Press button 3
  10. Press the Either ARROW to set the value to 170 and then press ENTER to save the value.
Once you have completed the above sequence press and hold down the LINE FEED and ENTER KEYS to turn tech access off, you can then test the printer. If the above does not clear the message try increasing the value further.
If the problem persits you may have a faulty paper motion sensor.

I have a problem with 2280+ tallygencom printer. I have hardware alarm problem and with sense code +0001 +131 --- 000002 +2733 -0962 . Please help me . Thanks

The hardware alarm indicated is indicating a problem with print head movement.
This error can be indicated if there is any thing which may be preventing print head movement, things you can check include;

1)The printer ribbon is not jammed and is located correctly in the printer,
2)You can also check to ensure there is no paper jam of loose paper which may prevent print head movement,
3)You can also check the carriage shaft to ensure it is free from paper dust or any other obstructions.
4)Also clean the thin transparent timing strip next to the carriage shaft.
5)With the printer powered off, the print head should slide freely across the width of the printer, you can then see if there is any obstruction to the print head.

My printer Lipi 2280+ printing properly with 15*12 and fanfold 8.5*12 paper,but when i am using paper width slighly smaller than it less than 8.5 width printer gives paper with error>kindly suggest

You see the "Paper Width Error" on the 2280+ because the print job being recived by the pritner is wider than the physical paper which will cause the pritner to print on the platten, in order to rectify the problem.

  1. Ensure the print job on the system is less than 8.5 inches wider
  2. Perhaps move the paper in the tractors to the right
  3. Disabling the Paper Width Sensor will clear the error but may cause the printer to print on the Platten which may reduce print head life, the Paper Width Sensor can be disabled in the following way;
    Start with the printer Powered OFF
    Hold Down the ONLINE button and power the printer ON keep ONLINE held down until you see ASCII80 ASCII136 on the top line of the display
    Press the button under NEXT repeatedly until you see APW on the top line of the display
    Press the button under APW
    Set APW = OFF

    This will disable the APW sensor and you will not see the Paper Width Error
