I have a Mintek portable dvd player and when I put any disk in it tells me no disc. It sounds like it just starts to spin or is trying to spin and doesn't. Usually you can hear the whirring sound when it starts up.

- I can hear the optical sensor move back and forth, but discs will not spin up. "NO DISC" when attempting to load a disc for viewing.- CihaPet
