If the cycle is complete and dishes are clean, then you need to worry. Try to pull the drain hose up a bit under the sink. Also buy a Finish dishwasher cleaning kit and run dishwasher as per instructions on the kit. That should clean any obsrtuctions in the drain side.

SOURCE: Fisher Paykel dishwasher drawer won't stop.

Let's go to diagnostic test mode to see if you can retrieve the the actuator hence the tube out.
1- Press Lock button and start/pause key until the display showing up.
2- Press Power to show HO.
3- Press start button to advance the display until you see P2 for draining, if you pass, keep doing it to get it back in a loop.
4- When at P2, press lock to turn on, press a again to turn off.
5- Listen to the sound of the pump. If you hear nothing that means the pump is dead or stuck.
6- The Motor has 2 directions: one for, Rinse and one for Drain. When you done with the diagnostic, press the power button to get out of the mode.
7- If this is the case, unplug the power then remove the rack, the bottom stanless steel plate with holes then take out the rotor to clean up. It is a good design the stator is outside of the tube, so you don't have to worry too much about the complication.
8- Make a note of all the positions so you can put them back the same as they were. Good luck

SOURCE: I have a Fisher Paykel dishwasher with water in top drawer

You need a Air gap kit designed by Fisher and Paykel to address this problem. It is pricey but it is worthy. I used this and very happy with it since no back flow problem from one while other running. Here is a link to order it.http://www.fisherpaykelparts.net/product/WT50/WT50-Dual-Air-Gap-Kit/

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher top drawer is filling up with water when bottom drawer is ran.

It is the drain water from bottom drawer that is finding its way to the top drawer. This could be due to incorrect drain hose height. Check in installation manual. Alternatively you will have to buy an air gap kit and connect the two drain hoses separately to the kitchen sink.

FISHER PAYKEL DD605SS TOP DRAWER WILL NOT RUN AND THERE IS NO ERROR CODE

If the power is connected and you are able to program the wash cycle, then it appears the drawer close sensor is failing. The controller is unable to detect drawer close and start the wash cycle. Need to replace the sensor or clean it. The location is shown on page 10 item 5 (tub home sensor) in this parts manual

Fisher paykel dishdrawer

It is likely the top panel of the drawer needs cleaning.
First turn off the mains power to dishwasher and take the plug out if accessible. Wait a little and put the plug back and turn on the mains power. If this does not fix the problem, then get clean damp cloth and wipe the panel buttons on top inside of drawer.

Appliance: Fisher&Paykel DD603 Draining

You may want to check up if the water collects in the bottom drawer when the top drawer is in wash cycle (ie, taking water from the inlet) or during the drain cycle when it is draining water out. Leave the bottom drawer open and check while the top drawer is running.

Fisher and Paykel design a air gap kit to prevent the water back flowing to the other while one is running. it really works and worth of your money. You need to change the lid seal and a pair of actuators from the top drawer. Because of the leak then the floor switch activated not allowing a complete cycle. Need to dry out the wetness from the bottom housing of both top and lower drawers by pulling the tubes out and accessing from the left side with small tower until it completely dry. the top spinner is just clipped on. if you look at it you will see the cut in the plastic and it will just pull off. clean out the spinner and in the hole use some pipe and blow down it. on first cycle it should empty the dirty water out.
