Go to settings
in that go to security settings
in that go to change access codes
there it will ask for security code
after wards it will ask for new security code
type the desired code
and it will ask to repeat the new code
and it will be ur new security code

Try powercycling phone; turning it off and removing battery from the back and leaving it off for about 1-2 mins. Then re-start phone. if the same thing happens, try doing a master reset on the phone instead. However, if it's still doing the same thing... might as well have it checked to verify if the phone needed to be repaired.
