I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question? Are you asking how to unlock passwords for free? Or are you saying you can unlock passwords for free? If it is one of those two options I'm sorry but I can not help you, but if you need help with something else I will do my best.

If those are passwords for Microsoft Windows, just wait 30 minutes, and try again.

If those are passwords issued by some other authority, you'll have to contact that authority, and get them to "unlock" your account.

Inorder to use your mobile with different networks you cannot use passwords, you should use unlock codes and unlock it. You can unlock your mobile with your current network service provider or get the unlock codes online. You can visit www.unlocking4u.com and get the codes. With a simple set of instructions, you can unlock it and use with different networks.

enter wrong passwords 15 times....it ll ask PUK number....now call ur customer care and as the puk number for ur phone number...they ll give u.....now just enter the puk n unlock the mobile... hope it helped u!!!!!!
