Question about FixYa Service
I have a Welland Tera Quad Bay RAID System that I need to find help for some problems. When I try to add it as one of my products, it is neither shown in the list of products cataloged in Fixya, nor is it added to it. How can I add a new product to the list of My Products so that it can be accepted by Fixya? The same happens when I try to add my HP DV4-2173nr Pavilion laptop to the list. "Add your Product" Feature can help you speed up the posting questions process and viewing issues to products similar to yours.
Once you add a product by choosing it from the drop down list, you will be able to view all questions regarding this product. You will also be able to follow up on your own questions.
Adding your products is entirely optional, if you do not wish to do so you may skip this part.
If you can't find your product on the list, please post your problem using the Ask box on the top of the page and follow the on screen instructions.
When you are asked to categorize your question and choose a product, please choose the closest category (if you can't find a specific product).
For example: If you have a 123xyz Samsung refrigerator but you can't find this specific model in the drop down list, please choose Samsung Refrigerators.
Your question will still be visible to all the relevant experts.
Please make sure that you add as many details to your question and include the model & brand. The more details, the easier it will be for the expert to assist and this is highly important regarding questions under a general category.

Hi Witchunter, It currently is impossible for Experts to add new products to the database. But FixYa is constantly adding new products, and will continue to do so in 2009. If you have any products that you would like to see on our site, just email me the links/info, and I will make sure that my bosses see it. If you would like to delete a product from the "My Product" section, follow the instructions:
1. Go to www.fixya.com
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Click on the “My Profile” link in the top right corner of the page.
4. Locate your Product under the “My Products” section of the page.
5. Click on the "Enter Warranty Details" link of the product.
6. Click on the "Remove Product" link.
