There is probably debris in the line or the pump may be seized up. First unplug the power or disconnect the unit. You will probably have to pull the unit out to get to the water pump. Remove the hoses one at a time and run a wire through them to make sure the lines are clear. Then when thats complete remove the pump and make sure it still spins. If it doesn't move you will need a new pump.............. : )
