Question about Sierra Overdrive Pro 3g/4g Mobile Hotspot For Virgin Mobile
My virgin mobile hotspot, Overdrive Pro, has dropped service 6 times in the last 20 minutes. Everytime I have to restart the connection it's eating up my MB's, what do I need to do? I've already called their hotline and their directions aren't taking me to the website the recording is saying will pop up.

Call them again and demand to talk to a service technician and get a talk through for the fix
you could always find a virgin shop and have them fix it there and get a refund for lost data time
