Can the motor control board cause the house circuit breaker to trip?

It's unlikely. An internal fuse would blow first, I'm assuming. If you've diagnosed this far you sound capable of continuing. Electricity is dangerous!!! I would remove all things from the board, 1 by 1 plug each component into board until the breaker trips. That should pinpoint what is tripping breaker. I would assume a motor.

I just put together a Sole f63 treadmill (it took forever). I turned the power button on and the display lit up. I pressed the start button and the display shut off. I can't get the display to turn back...

First of all, make SURE that the unit is NOT plugged into a ground fault circuit interrupt (GFCI) outlet. Make sure that the safety key (or safety tether cord's magnet) is on the round metal portion of the console control's head. (It will NOT operate without this in place because it's a safety feature. Also check the circuit breaker under the console, & push it in until it clicks (if it has been tripped (it would extend out if tripped)). Make sure that the power cord is fully inserted in the appropriate power outlet & that the building/home's circuit breaker has not tripped. Otherwise, call your dealer to replace what would be a defective treadmill.

After putting together my sole f60 treadmill the display wont turn on, it gets a clicking noice, connections are connected. any idea where to start

Hook up the main harness . Make sure you didn't plug one of the connections up backwards. Hooking them up backwards will cause the incline to go all the way up and the display will not come on.

The circuit breaker for my range is in the "off"

If the circuit breaker can't be switched to on it is either because there is a fault in the range or a fault in the circuit breaker.
There should be a main switch on the wall or near the range. Try switching this off. If the breaker still can't be switched on then the fault is in the breaker, (assuming the breaker is dedicated solely to the range) not a common problem but it can happen. A fault in the range is normally due to a fault in the oven element or the hot plates.

Put new bulb in baumatic kichen hood turned it on, instantly made a noise like it tripped out, fan and lights now don't work, can not find fuse?

It was probably a defective bulb that tripped a circuit breaker in your house panel. Check the breakers and replace the bulb.

Candy Eclipse washing machine blows the circuit breaker

It's possible that the current rating of the MCB is too low to run your washing machine PLUS all the devices plugged into the other sockets on the same circuit. If possible, try plugging in the washing machine on a circuit with fewer or no other appliances plugged in. MCB's are much faster tripping than circuit breakers and are rated to trip at the current rating on them. Circuit breakers, may carry a current slightly over the rated current which may be why it never happened before. The permanent solutions (if the overloaded circuit is the problem) would be to install a circuit solely for the washer and dryer or install a MCB with a higher current rating. The latter solution is not practical, however, since an overload on lower power devices may never reach the current rating of the MCB creating a hazardous shock potential.
