You may have a problem with your IP and DNS settings. Please use the instructions below
Go to
Control Panel>Network Connections and select your local network.Click
Properties, then select
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).Click
Properties.
You will see a window like the one below. Please make sure that the settings are all set to automatic for your IP4 and/or IP6 connections.

If that doesn't work, please try to renew your ip settings.
This can be done with the following steps:
1. Open cmd.exe
Windows XP: Start - Run - cmd.exe
Vista/7: Window Button - type "cmd.exe" - Enter
2. Type "ipconfig/release"
3. Type "ipconfig/renew"
4. Wait for connection to establish.
