Try resetting the headset. Use the instructions online (http://www.jabra.com/sites/Jabra/GNimages/Products/WirelessHeadset/BT250v/Documents/UM/BT250v_UM_NA_EN_167.pdf) and then see if the default "0000" works as the password.
