You car CD player maybe has no antishock, so anything can cause it to jump. Make sure the CD player is properly installed and rigid in the car to avoid it being affected by your car's movement. Aviod bumpy roads.
All players need cleaned from time totime. Do NOT try to clean it with anything other than a CD / DVD lens cleaner. They are available almost everywhere that sellsBlank media. It will clean the lens without scratching or smearing it.
Try looking into the lens (power off) with a magnifying glass. If you see any damage you will need to replace the lazer/lens section as the lens will never be able to read the disc.
If it's clear it's more likely to be an electronic fault.
You may have an issue with the Graphire pen. Try plugging the tablet into another computer and see if the pen does the same thing there. If it behaves the same way on another computer then you need a new pen from Wacom.
