Sorry not all vehicle manufacturers use the same color codes, however your radio wants to know if the lights are on (to dim for night time), and also how dim you desire. Often more than one ground, also could be antenna up/down request.

THAT IS AN OLD RADIO....RED POWER .... HARD TO SAY ABOUT AMPS LOOK ON THE RADIO IT MAY SAY TOTAL AMPS....I WOULD SAY (APX 5 AMP) START WITH THAT .
BLACK .......YES GROUND FOR THE POWER ...AND ALSO FOR THE GROUND FOR THE 2 SPEAKERS
SO .....GRAY&BLACK SAY LEFT SPEAKER
AND....GREEN&BLACK SAY IS YOUR RIGHT SPEAKER IT EASY GOOD LUCK
