Solve for n over the real numbers:
2 = 1.2^n
Reverse the equality in 2 = 1.2^n in order to isolate n to the left hand side.
2 = 1.2^n is equivalent to 1.2^n = 2:
1.2^n = 2
Eliminate the exponential from the left hand side.
Take the logarithm base 1.2 of both sides:
Answer: n = 3.80178

A power surge might have damaged the power switch and/or motor. I would suggest it be checked out by a qualified vacuum repair technician.

Dc25 animal brush is not spinning, belt is ok,and thers no strainge noises or smells from it.

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for your inquiry. I am sorry to hear about this issue with your DC25 brush bar. Assuming you have already tried cleaning the brush of any obstructions, following the instructions below may resolve the issue:

1) Plug your machine into the power outlet
2) Locate the grey brush bar button next to your power button
3) With the machine turned off, press and hold the brush button down for 10 seconds
4) Release the grey brush button, step on the foot pedal to recline the machine
5) Press the power button to power on the machine
6) Check to see if the brush rotates

Hi I have a Henry vac, the power does not come on, I have changed the fuse inside the plub, it just doesn't work, please advise, thanks.

There is still other problem beside the fuse. Check the cord, power switch. Often they are the most usable and abuse parts of the vacuum. The cord are often bend, roll over the floor. While the switch
is the almost use before and after the vacuum is used.
Thanks for asking.

I think the switch on the Rainbow E-series electric hose went bad. Is there an easy vway to verify it's the switch?

Hi, the only way, is to test that it has power at the swirch with a circuit tester or voltage meeter, or test the plug on the handle where you attach your power head power cord, or Rainbowmate power cord to.
If it does not get power there, then test that the switch is getting power.
If you have any more questions let me know. I am a Rainbow seller, and a Rainbow expert also.

Thank you,

I have a Dyson vacuum. The vacuum won't stay

My vacuum had this exact same problem, but was out of warranty because it was remanufactured. Thankfully, it's a very quick, five-minute fix.
  1. UNPLUG The Vacuum!
  2. Remove the cannister.
  3. Extend the handle and remove it.
  4. Remove the two torx (T-15) screws behind the power button, where the handle normally stows.
  5. There are four tabs holding the front plate containing the power button on; use your screwdriver to release them.
  6. Gently pull the front plate off.
  7. The switch on the right is the power button. Remove it, try clicking it a few times; if it sticks, great! Replace it and reassemble, otherwise you'll need to replace it.

I have the A6000. It has power to the suction

If you have power in the wall and power where the cord enters the machine, you have a switch problem.

That is the approach I would follow.

Find replacement parts at a advertiser, your local appliance parts place or at
