Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: Setting the clock....
Since you did not post the make and model I can't look it up. But most will have a clock button, press that > enter the time > press clock again. On some you hit Time > enter the time > hit time again.

Here's a roundabout way to help you:
You can find a different High-Pointe RV microwave owner's manual here.
That manual should have contact info to help you get in touch with High-Pointe to get a new one, or it may be close enough to your model to work for you.
We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

SOURCE: Turntable continues to run
This seems to be a pretty mysterious situation, and you're not alone in being concerned about an inability to find good contact information.
I would strongly suggest that you contact your RV dealer.
If the parts or service department cannot or will not give you good contact information on High Pointe, i would suggest insisting on speaking to the dealership's manager.
Please let us know what you find out so others can benefit.

The manual your looking for is in PDF format @ the following address: http://www.dutchmen-rv.com/scripts/pdfretail/get.php?id=385
I to am in search of a High Pointe manual for a EM925RSL. Wich came in my 2009 Dutchmen Four Winds 26' Camper. The Dutchmen site carries quite a few manuals for the different products in their RVs. The site addy is: http://www.dutchmen-rv.com/ On the left of the screen theres a list of site links. Just click the 3rd one down for "Owners Manuals". These guys have manuals for just about everything in a RV. Appliances, Suspension, Audio and video, and much more. Everything except the manual I need ..... Imagine that LOL

SOURCE: I have a high pointe
depending on how much you spent on the unit would determine what you should do if you have the model number we would be able to look up your part and give you an estimate on how much to repair as well as some instruction on how to replace the piece that turns the turntable if you were to choose although if you bought the unit at walmart or some place like that it might be easier to just by another one depending on the price of the part it is still getting warm and working just not spining I had one of those while in hawaii stinks to make popcorn with if you have any further questions please message me back and please remember when our chat is through to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks again Rick
