You need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Your IP address has been flagged for abuse. Until you can prove you aren't a spammer or something, the flag will never be cleared.

have you checked that you have not been hacked. pass word change can be a sigh that you account has be compromised. also try it on another computer see if it works then it maby that your computer is not letting you acses facebook for some reason

Basically, the login page on Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/login.php but also check the Facebook Login Basics

For this follow this
On your home page of Facebook there is a drop down menu name as "Account" on the top right side

When u click on drop down. Drop Down opens and the last option is "Logout"
Just click on it, account is logged out and u will b exit from Facebook and sigh in page is open.

Just try to sigh in; there will be a message that says it's sending you a re-activation email. Open your email and you just have to click the link in that email to get to the sign in page again and sigh in.

"It will be sent to the email account you used to start your facebook account".
