Adjustment on dewalt planer

I don't know which planer you have, but if all the planing happens on the top side of your stock then all surfaces underneath should be at the same level.
If you have a fancy planer that cuts on the bottom side, then the outfeed table should align with the cutters and the infeed table would be adjusted below that by the cut thickness (like a jointer

In feed table is not level from front of table to fence

Fill feed table with water and measure water level at all corners and adjust until all corners have the same water depth. Then then drain and fill with feed. The fence should be near the feed table.

I am just setting up my new Skil bandsaw, and the table is not level--won't go to 0 degrees. Is there an adjustment I'm missing?

usually there is a stop bolt under the table that you can adjust so that you are able to zero out the table. it should have a lock nut so that when you get the table set to where you want it you can lock down the bolt so that the table is easily re set after moving the table for an angle cut.

Have a model 31-250 drum sander hard to adjust height of table

Here's a link to the online parts diagram and list, and here's an online manual you can download.
Check the lock nut adjustment on the elevating mechanism; you may have it too tight. Have you tried cleaning and oiling (use 30wt) the elevating screws? If that's all ok you'll have to realign the elevating screw bushings.
Check and adjust the table support plate adjustments to level the table.
As far as I know, there are only replacement parts available, but careful adjustment could do wonders for an older machine...

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

Infeed Table leveling

Well, the infeed table is supposed to be lower than the outfeed table. This is how the jointer actually removes material to flatten a face or board edge. What is important is that the the outfeed table is level with the top of the cutterhead blades, so as you push material through the cutterhead, the outfeed table fully supports the workpiece.

The infeed table is supposed to be adjustable up and down to remove different amounts of material.

If both infeed and outfeed tables were aligned, no material would be cut (assuming the outfeed was aligned with top of the blades).
