Question about Pantech Cell Phones
NOT TURNING ON AT ALL. WHE I PRESS THE POWER BUTTON THE LOGO OF CHERRY MOBILE AND ANDROID WILL COME OUT BUT AFTERWARDS IT WILL GONNA RE-START AGAIN.
Try pressing together Power On Switch with Volume Down for 30 seconds or more.
If Volume down pressing does not help, press together Power on plus Volume Up.
If none of them work, take out the battery for few minutes and reinsert the battery and restart.
If battery is not removable then only power plus Volume down or up can help.
Call service support of company and ask.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Check if your memory card is corrupted or damaged or the firmware is also damaged and needs to be reinstalled.
I advise that you visit a nokia store and get your phone checked up.

Your phone is stuck in a "Boot Loop". This was most likely caused by a newly installed update, program or an unfortunate virus. Start by removing the battery for about 30 seconds. Push down on the power button while the battery is out, to release all memory from the board. Re-install the battery and turn the phone back on. If it is still stuck in the boot loop, you will need to perform a master reset.
WARNING!!! A MASTER RESET ERASES ALL DATA ON THE PHONE AND RETURNS IT TO THE ORIGINAL FACTORY SETTINGS!
PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Master Reset for your device is done by turning off the phone. Then press and hold the camera button + volume up + power button. Keep holding even when the phone turns on. Navigate with the trackball, scroll down and click on Wipe data/factory reset. Hit yes to confirm everything and let her rip.
