There is not a C0876 listed in the service manual. Perhaps it's a C0B76 - Finishing option Punch Unit Board Malfunction.
CAUSE: The shaft on which the gear rides is deformed. The punch unit cannot be driven from front to rear.
SOLUTION: Reform the shaft toward the punch unit rail. This will allow the drive gears to mesh properly so the punch unit can be mechanically driven from front to rear.

I have a Konica Minolta CSPRO EP1054 (in the Middle East)
I accidentally plugged the EP1054 copier into a 110V outlet instead of the 220V. Immediately the malfunction code (error code) of "C05" appeared along with the "Call Tec Rep" indicator light (wrench).
I followed the instructions posted by "Soul Visitor" ... i.e., I found the "Trouble Reset Switch" (not shown in the user manual) by opening the upper back panel and pressing the small black button in the lower right hand corner of the middle circuit board (green).
It worked perfectly!

SOURCE: Konica 3135 Copier Code F 36
Well, I'm sorry to say that you're going to need a tech for this problem. You have a fuser problem...either a blown fuse, heater lamp, thermistor, or something...whatever the cause, the fuser is not heating up. And the code can only be reset within service mode, once the problem is repaired.

No...it's a fuser error (low warm up temperature)...It's a blown fuse, or lamp, and the code can only be reset in 'service mode'after fixing the fault

How to clear fuser abnormality codes (F34, F35, F36).
To reset fuser codes, perform the following steps:
1. Access the 25 mode (power the machine OFF. Hold down the 2 and 5 keys, and power the machine ON).
2. Press P-4-7-P on the key pad. (1, 4, 5, or 6 will be displayed on the copy quantity indicator).
3. Press the 0 key to change the indication to a zero.
4. Press the start/print key to enter the new data.
5. Power the machine OFF then ON to exit the 25 mode.
Note: If the F code reoccurs after powering the machine ON or following warm-up, contact service immediately.
