SOURCE: No propane flow to grill using bulk bottle system.

the office that is open on the bottom of the burner sound like a spider has taken home to.. the hole.... This happened to mine. a small pipe cleaner or wire will break it up...try that. also did you feel the top of the tank regulator and see if it has froze. try turning the tank upside down and turn the unit on.... this may also help by forcing the spider debris out.

SOURCE: I need an o ring for the coupler that connects to the propane tan

You can usually pick these up, at any large RV supply house, around here we have RV World, but that is about the best place to look for the o-ring that you want.
Good Luck,

Can a 20lb tank be hooked up to a Coleman 2 Burner Stove 5430A

Yes. There are multiple adapters made to fit this application. Your local walmart most likely will have them. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman-5-High-Pressure-Propane-Hose-and-Adapter/19897422

Why does my coleman stove regulator leak gas from the hole on the top of the regulator

Its a safety feature of the regulator. The regulator is designed with a pressure release valve. This has happened to me twice: once with a carbon dioxide tank for my kegerator and once on my propane stove. In both cases I left the regulator (designed with a max pressure rating of X psi) attached to a full bottle in the sun. The heat caused the pressure to exceed the limit of the regulator and the release valve popped. A welding supply store may be able to reset/replace the mechanism but in my case I just bought a new regulator for about $15.

The pressure hose is leaking due to forgetting to install the o-ring. You should disconnect pressure hose install o-ring then tighten!

A lot of air comes out of firebox when lighting then flame goes out coleman heater

What do you have your heater hooked up to? A 20# propane cylinder? Are you using a red high pressure regulator or a silver low pressure regulator? Is this the original regulator that came with the heater? I could be a regulator pressure problem or a dirty flame sensor that simply needs to be lightly cleaned with sand paper. It's also possible your igniter is faulty or your brain box has a short. I've come across a few that just needed the brain box pushed a little in a certain direction to make good contact and work again, using a small wedge behind it. Sometimes just fiddling with it and cleaning it is all it needs. Good luck. Douglas

Why doesn't the unit stop running when pausing while pressure washing, it use to

Hi If you have any leaks on the high pressure side then the unit will keep starting. Please check all external hoses etc and o rings to make sure that they are water tight. The most common one is where you screw your high pressure hose on,there is a o ring inside the coupling that usually wears. Also check all o rings at the trigger and lance. If there are no leaks then it sound like you have a problem with your pressure switch.

Out of propane in my truck how do i fill it up

Is the engine in your 1989 Ford F-250 truck fitted to run on LP (propane) gas, or are you referring to the R-12 freon refrigerant in the Air Conditioning system? If you mean the refrigerant, production of R-12 (dichlorodifluoromethane) was phased out several years ago, and if you can find a old can of R-12, whoever has one will charge you an arm and a leg for it. You can get a kit to convert the air conditioner over to R-134a, but due to the risk of injury, this job is better left to a professional. There are a few R-12 replacement products that don't require a licensed technician, such as "Freeze 12" (http://www.freeze12.com). To add this you just need a tap and hose kit to connect to the low pressure line into the compressor and fill with the refrigerant. The can will get very cold and any leaking gas could cause skin damage from freezing, and accidentally connecting to the high pressure line will cause the can to blow up, so be careful. If you need propane, just call a propane company that fills home tanks to come out and refill your truck tank.
