My neighbour has the LG26LC3R TV, so as not to disturb anyone late at night he uses headphones. We cannot find a headphone socket on this TV or any info in the user manual. Is he able to use headphones with this TV?

This TV does not have a headphone socket, which is unusual.
There are audio outputs (RCA phono) which may be used with an amplifier or tape deck to drive the headphones.

- Guest's solution will work but is unlikely to provide adequate volume. Most RCA's will have a fairly high output impedance.

Buy a converter that goes from RC to 1/8" audio phone jack (or 1/4" if you're old school). It's jsut a wire that's RCA on one end and phone jack on the other. You could even make one! Then set the audio source to external, and you're rolling.
