One simple thing to try which has worked for me is to stop the movie and turn off the device, then turn it back on. That usually fixes the problem. If that doesn't work try contacting Customer Service at: 1-866-579-7115

Our movie keeps stopping for a couple minutes and starts back up. And keeps doing it so we can't watch our show.

That's pretty annoying. It would be helpful to know the specifics of the computer you are trying to watch the movie on; operating system, RAM...etc and how you are watching the movie; streaming, DVD, external drive...etc. The most common reason for buffering is lack of enough random access memory or RAM.

Movie stopped downloading with only 5 seconds remaining...WHY!!

Sounds like a issue where the transmission got cut off and the movie file is corrupt. You should be able to hard reset by holding the pwr button in for 10 secounds. Now for the movie since the item got corrupted would require a reinstall of QuickTime

Most cameras require a card that writes data fast in order to keep up with shooting movies. If your card is slow, you might consider buying a faster (albeit more expensive) one.

My ps3 keeps shutting off my movie that i am playing off a usb chip? is there any reason why this is happening?

Your movie could be corrupted and ends after a certain amount of time. or your USBthumbdrive could be cutting out and stops streaming the video. Try placing a movie directly onto the Ps3 and make sure it isn't the movie file. If it is than you don't need a new USB, If it doesnt stop then its your USB, and you may need to purchase a new thumbdrive.

Hope this helps ^^. Please dont forget to rate, Thanks

Parental Controls feature

Hey Aurora, After you put your password in, go back and change the password using blanks spaces. Then it should reset to 'parental control off'. Let me know if this works. Some Sanyo models are different to reset.
