Question about Dell 14Z-N411Z
Bios password cannot remove
Most bios passwords on a desktop can be removed by disconnecting everything from your computer (especially the power cable), opening it, finding the quarter-sized battery, and removing it for about half an hour. Some motherboards have a jumper that you short to reset the bios...you'd have to refer either to documentation or online for your computer. In the case of a laptop, remove the battery and power cord...let it sit for a while...and see if that helps.
