SOURCE: Blue screen: Not Support!
It sounds like you have no signal being detected by the TV. Check your connections to the TV from your cable box or satelite reciever to be sure they're plugged in tightly. If you have a DVD player or VCR, try watching something from one of them to see if you get a picture. If you do, then your problem may be with your cable box or satelite reciever, and not the TV.

The blue screen means the processor of the tv no longer finishes the loading of the firmware - hardware fault, either the chip that stores the firmware or the processor have failed.
Since the chips are soldered on the mainboard and cannot be removed separately that means that the entire mainboard will have to be replaced. This is it
Now you must decide if it's worth paying $400 for a replacement board or it's better just to buy a new tv - i'm for the second option.

Try to unplug the set to allow it the chance to reset the micro it uses--for a while or even overnight---Also with the model call Sharp to see if this is a known issue with this model or if there is a way to do a manual hard reset of the TV.
