Just want to get a couple of things clear. Is it possible to put the storage card on a PC to read it? When you did the backup did you erase the orignal files? Was it the application disk that didn't work or was it when you tried to get the contacts back that it didn't work? Could it be that the contacts were previously in a folder? Let me know plus any extra information you can think of an I'll try to help you resolve this.
