the way i cancelled was by clicking my name on the top right of the webpage > clicking my account > prime > cancel subscription to the right of your last payment receipt
alternatively if you pay through paypal you can cancel the paypal subscription directly from paypals website under authorized payment requests or subscriptions
Go to the website where you placed the order. There should be a link either to support, contact, or simply cancellation. Use those links. Hopefully, the support page tells you how to cancel. It is possible that the billing is handled by a third party site that you will need to contact or else face them charging you repeatedly. For example, if you ordered Vimax, that manufacturer might sell through an outlet rather than directly. You would have to cancel through contacting the outlet. You can also contact your credit card company and tell them you are not going to authorize any further payments to the company which has been accepting your payments. The credit card company should have contact information for that party, by the way.
Contact the bank where you have the account that the money is being automatically withdrawn from and tell them to cancel the authorization for the company that is removing the money for payment.
Do they have your credit card number or debit card number or a direct debit authorisation? Go to your credit card or bank website (wherever the payment comes from) and cancel payment authorization.
Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click History under My Account at the top of the page.
3. Choose Subscriptions from the Show drop-down menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back to the year the subscription was created.
5. Click Search, and then click Details.
6. Click Cancel Subscription.
7. Click Cancel Subscription again.
You can cancel a pending purchase two ways. If the purchase displays a Pending status, contact the merchant directly to cancel the hold on your funds. If the merchant is unable to cancel the hold on your funds, have them fax a statement to PayPal including the following information: Your name. Your PayPal Debit Card number. The amount to be canceled. The original purchase (authorization) date. The authorization number. The name of the person at the merchant requesting the cancellation. The fax statement should be printed on merchant letterhead paper and faxed to:402-537-5745. YOu can also send them a text message Canceling (“cancel”, “x”) To cancel a pending payment, text the word “cancel” (or the letter “x”) to 729725 (PAYPAL)
