Log into your paypal acc. you will see all of your current transactions also a view all of my transactions shortcut bar if its not located in your most current transaction list click on the view all of my transactions shortcut
youhave to select dates ranging from the current to a specific date

open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this transaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim other than that

you will have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266

They do use encrypting software for their secure site. It would be as secure as any online banking with the big banks.

They also offer a guarantee of refund for some types of transactions.

First off paypal is owned by ebay. When you sell or buy on ebay your directed to paypal to make payment arrangements if your new and selling you have to offer paypal as a payment option and if your buying you would indeed need good credit to get the paypal credit card. When you buy/sell you will be given the option to pay with paypal. When you click this option you will be taken to paypal to sign into your paypal account. You also will be able to link your cell phone for ebay and paypal alerts, you also will be able to link your bank checking account to your ebay account.

I checked with the Beastro Bandanas company as I found this "problem" and was concerned about ordering. They explained to me what occurred and the difficulty they had in resolving your problem.

After several communications from you and responses from them, that you did not respond to, in particular asking you for the specific items that were missing and explaining they do not have telephone customer service and you were only calling a message service.

Once they received a response from you that explained which items you were missing, they were shipped the next morning (10/23) and based on the USPS delivery confirmation scan arrived to you on (10/26.) I have to agree with them, this could have been resolved much sooner if you would have taken the following approach.

Set and assumption of foul play, anger, threats and demands and rather assume they want to fix the problem.

Utilize the communication tools provided, as they will get the best response. That is why they are there and in the policies for contact.

Spell out the problem, with specifics (missing items is not fixable without knowing which items)

Wait a reasonable amount of time for a response (as indicated in company policy statements.)

Monitor, read and respond to communication back to you.

Escalate the issue only if the company does not respond (in a reasonable amount of time and according to there published policy) or do respond that they will not fix the issue.

My order went perfectly, and I believe had your initial message or email said I am missing Bandanas X, Y and Z. they would have sent them out right away.

the process is to contact the supplier by e-mail and request the refund be paid back to your account in paypal
then forward a copy of the e-mail to paypal requesting that they action it from their end as there is a dispute and the item was returned as not what was ordered

Here is some help for logging in to paypal if you've forgotten your password:

  1. Type your email in the login line, and click the "forgot" link in the password box.
  2. type your email and the verification code in the box
  3. Choose favored way of receiving the reset instructions (phone or email) and you are on your way.
  4. Follow instructions sent in the email

if you have not recieved contact from seller after 2 days then go to paypal they have a resolution center
you have to login first
then go the resolution center & start a dispute over not recieving your order
& they can help

You will have to deal with PayPal and go to file a complaint on PayPals web site after you login. There is nothing really anyone can do here for you since PayPal needs a login and password username in order to go to your account. Do not give out that information to anyone. Do not click on any web address you do not recognise. It is possible it is a scam.

Go directly to the paypal site and login to see if the transaction appears on there.

If the transaction appears on the paypal site contact paypal directly to query the transaction.
If the transaction DOES NOT appear on paypal report the e-mail to paypal through their site.

If you've ordered anything via PayPal you can always contact the payee via their email address in the order history.

All of their information will be shown so that you can contact them in case you didn't receive what was ordered.

If you send them an email with the details of your order and what you actually received, and they choose not to resolve it (in most cases they will) you can always file a dispute with PayPal against the payee.

You'll need to enter all of the details of the order and what you actually received.

Once the dispute has been posted, the payee receives an email from PayPal informing them of the dispute.

The dispute is monitored by PayPal and if there isn't any resolution within a certain period of time set by PayPal, the payees account will show that they've chosen not to resolve a dispute and is displayed in their account.

I'd suggest contacting "Cats Paw" first and see what they do.

If they choose to ignore you, then you are in your rights to file a dispute.
