It is a thinkcentre MT-M 8808-9HU. tried to unplug over night tried again same result
Probably power supply, but you can try a different display monitor, try unplugging the hard drive. You need to see your PC go to the BIOS boot screen to do further testing.

That because this system came XP. You will need to run drivers on compatibility mode if possible.
