My Risograph RZ990 master gets wrinkles at the end of the drum.

All you really have to do is put in the ink color you want and run a bunch of prints. Going from a light to dark color like black is fast--like about 3000 prints. Black to light color is going to be a lot more prints. Best is to print something with heavy ink. the more ink you put out the fast it will change color.

PLEASE CHANGE TONER SMALL IC

We had the same problem in that once master was done, it did not print. We tried this solution.
Machine must be off. Top right hand corner the and - buttons with arrows on (to align your print either left or right) press these down simultaneously. While holding them switch machine on.
A number 203 will appear on your screen.
Release hold on buttons Press 101 on number board you will hear machine inking master. Allow it to run until complete.

It is part of the copy process for the ink to be there, remove the old master and slide the drum back into the Risograph. And create a new master, you can find user manuals on the net, if you are unsure how to do this.
