Question about Home Security
I can't use the front panel or the remote controller. I don't think its a hardware problem maybe it's some kind of safety thing!. I could not see the recorded videos , plz help. ( the cameras were off when I was recording the video)
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have the same problem with mine. I am now using a higher qualith SD card and the problems seem to have resolved for now. Still testing it, however.

SOURCE: SAMSUNG SSC21WEB
If it is the same year as mine you can change the settings through the ssc21web system instead of the recorder-have you tried that yet? The ssc21web system has the ability to be set to view the input from the cameras. There are many options- motion detect, quad, single, it will switch from single to quad intermittently, etc. Maybe your settings were changed on the ssc21web and not your recording devise-check that first, then go back to the ssc1280.
