Hansol 17 in.CRT Conventional Monitor

2 inch black on both sides of the monitor...

good day. i need help on my monitor hansol.i my horizontal adjustment cannot fill the entire monitor leaving about 2 inch black on right and left of my monitor. if i adjust the resolution to high it make about 5 inch both of the sides. if i am in the dos mode, it is only about 2 inch both sides if i use higher refresh rate in the windows environment, the black color becomes larger. what happen to my monitor.

1 it is due to horizntal output trnansistor.
2 capacitor connected to horz output.
3 flyback transformer.
