Can i make video through the viewfinder? and not the monitor.

You cannot do that with this model camera. A digital SLR must have the mirror up (Liveview Mode) to expose the sensor to capture video. The mirror is what directs what you see through the lens through the viewfinder.

My nikon D5200 seems as if its flash and shutter speed is out of time resulting in my photos being to dark to see or to bright to see

check to make sure auto bracketing is not turned on. Otherwise send it to Nikon as it is under warranty (assuming you didn't drop it etc)

Is minolta auto 25 compatible with nikon d5200

ABSOLUTELY NOT! The trigger voltage of the Auto 25 is much too high and will quickly fry your D5200.

If you really want to use this flash with your camera, you'll need something like this to isolate them.
