Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)
When I open my C250 on Vista I can see the system file but no music files. On my Win XP computer it is OK.
You need to enable hidden files and folders on your computer. If you do not have the menu at the top of your system windows (computer, my documents), press the 'ALT' key on your keyboard. Then, go to Tools>Folder Options>View Tab> Show hidden files and folders. Best of Luck.
