Question about Toro Power Vac Vacuum Bag And Attachment
I was using the vacuum attachment on my leaf blower. Not sure what it sucked up (most likely mulch), but it shut the machine down. I took the plastic casing off and did not see any obstructions. It will not start with the choke on. It will run for about 30 seconds at a time and then it shuts down. Spark plug looks fine. Looked like there was a little gas coming out where the air filter is...

Carb. float must be stuck open. First if you have no fuel in the tank it must all be in the crankcase.Drain the oil and refill and also check the carb as the float has to be sticking open. Hope this will help you. Donnyb60

The problem is that the gas that sat in the carb all winter glazed it over and gummed it up. Begin by going to any auto parts store, like an aiutozone, and getting a bottle of carb. cleaner. Seafoam is one I use. Add it to your gas, one ounce per gallon of gas. Also, pick up a can of engine starting spray.
Remove the air filter and spray the engine starting spray into the air intake. Pull start the engine and give it additional squirts of engine starting spray until it runs smoothly.

check the coil by pulling the plug and lay it against the head put the plug wire on pull the handle if it sparks then its not the coil another thing you can try is spay carb clean or starting fluid in carb see if it starts if that starts it then the float in the carb is stuck if i can help further e-mail me @firstname.lastname@example.org

Was gasoline left in the tank during off season? Sometimes gas will break down and clog the jets in the carb. The priming bypasses the carb so when you put fuel in by pumping the bulb it runs, but dies becasue no additional fuel is coming through the carb after the primed fuel is burned off. Sounds like you need to clean the jets in the carb and in the future, use Stabil in gasoline to keep it from breaking down.
