The sensor inside the print head LASER IS Bad cant get the sensor so need a new print head or the main board is bad , CHECK the connection between them normally the print head has a ribbon cable and a small plug check the ribbin cable especially thr end where there it plugs into the board one of the tine sliver connectors can get messed up using a screw driver GENTLY try to bring the contact material back to normal

menu,quick setting,<<quick setting <> and go to service choise ,maintenanc 0 press sit down go to clear data and clear maintenanc and supplies

Recommended you have a qualified person do this because it requires a lot part removal.

If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.

Turn ON the power switch with the Back/Stop/Reset key held down.

tis error means abnormal tonder density in the balck image unit take the blacke image unit out and shake it while holding it level and put it back in the machine to reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door

Unplug external USB devices and wait for sometime,now reset our machine and access in safe mode, run Reginout Scan.
