You can freeze just about anything. It is just what will the cream cheese look like when it thaws.

CAN YOU FREEZE PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD?

Sure, but it's easier to spread if it's not frozen.
Seriously, cheese is usually not frozen as it does not freeze and thaw evenly so becomes yucky.

Can a fully cooked Cure 81 ham that has frozen then thawed and warmed-up be refrozen?

Yes It can be, the textures will keep on changing the more you do it.
It is preferable that you divide any cooked or uncooked food to the portions that can be consumed in one time, before freezing, this will maintain a better taste and texture.

Refreezing food the perils

Refreezing food is not dangerous, the danger is that food can spoil before it's refrozen or after it's thawed again before being cooked and eaten. Freezing food does not kill bacteria, so once thawed bacteria continues to multiple at the same exponential rate it was multiplying at before being frozen.
Refreezing also reduces quality because the already slightly damaged cells are being expanded with ice crystals again. This isn't a big deal for meats or baked foods but is huge for rice, pasta, fruits and veggies.
Try to figure out how long things have been thawing/thawed to help you make a safe decision. And never feed a pet food you wouldn't eat, they can get food poisoning too.

Can i freeze mascapone cheese

It is never recommended to freeze such a delicate cheese when it is still within expiration. However, Mascarpone can be frozen & it may separate or shatter when defrosted. It can be re-emulsified, though, by whipping it vigorously with a wire whisk while it is still very cold.

Also I have seen a great results when whipping the cheese into a creamy like mixture, freezing it, needing it and then thawing it to avoid the shattering bits.

Hope this was helpful!

Can you freeze cheese

Yes and no.
Pick a cream cheese that is medium to high in fat and you can freeze it. It will alter the texture slightly but the taste remains the same. When thawed the cheese will be more crumbly than creamy, but still ok for eating as is, or even better for casseroles and dips etc.
Pick a cream cheese that is high in fatjjj Low and non-fat cream cheeses will not freeze very well.
Although it's completely possible to freeze cream cheese, it does alter the texture. Thawed cream cheese is less creamy and a lot more crumbly than fresh cream cheese. Because of this, it's best to use frozen cream cheese in casseroles, baked dishes and dips.
Pick a cream cheese that has a higher fat content. Low and non-fat cream cheeses don't freeze as well

Does cheese freeze

The textures of cheeses that are frozen will always be a little off when thawed, but medium to hard cheeses generally freeze well if packaged in airtight containers, so I would say go ahead with the monterey jack and parrano. I would caution against freezing the camembert, though.

You shouldn't refreeze once thawed out. If only partly defrosted it may be ok.
